How We Work

If you have any questions about our process, please call us. We have both emergency and scheduled services available, and our process may differ depending on the type and extent of the damage. However, for most projects, our process is the following:

It starts with an initial assessment. A trained specialist from Extreme Quality Restoration Ltd will come to your property and determine the extent of the damage and what needs to be completed to help fix it. We’ll explore the area that was damaged as well as nearby rooms to see if the damage may have spread.
Once we’ve assessed the damage, we’ll provide you with a free, no obligation quote. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the quote and let you know how we determined the cost.
Once the quote is approved, our team will get started. We have assembled the best team of contractors and sub-contractors in Calgary, using only efficient, hard-working, trained experts that understand the needs of the property and what their roles are. If you have any immediate water damage, we’ll also make sure to drain that water immediately to prevent any further damage.
Once the work is completed, we’ll walk you through the property, show you what we have done and get your approval.
